Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in agricultural, heavy equipment, diesel, truck, automotive, or industrial parts sales.
• Knowledge of agricultural equipment and replacement parts, including tractors, combines, and hay equipment.
• Ability to use parts catalogs, inventory systems, and dealership management software to identify and source parts.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with agricultural equipment parts inquiries.
• Build relationships with new and existing customers by understanding their equipment and operational needs.
• Recommend the right parts, products, and value-added solutions to maximize equipment uptime and customer satisfaction.
• Follow up on quotes and inquiries to close sales and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with billing questions, warranty concerns, order status, and general product information.
• Process orders accurately, including pricing, shipping, payment, and delivery information.
• Monitor open orders, coordinate with internal departments, and resolve issues promptly.
• Handle returns, credits, defective parts, and online order corrections to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer accounts and sales records.
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve sales goals and contribute to team success.
