Job summary

Rockland Manufacturing seeks an Inside Sales Specialist to work in a hybrid remote role serving Bedford, PA. You will primarily work from home with optional on-site presence, building relationships with dealer sales teams and driving outbound sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, resilience, and a customer-first mindset, plus experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. A degree in Sales/Marketing or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people over the phone.
• Resilience and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Degree or equivalent experience in outbound sales or similar.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Construction industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Make Cold Calls and develop relationships with dealer sales teams.
• Sell to B2C audiences and drive revenue growth.
• Develop sales and marketing scripts for outreach.
• Analyze ROI and prioritize high-value opportunities.
• Develop new customers and expand the client base.
• Maintain CRM and pipeline information accurately.

You'll be primarily working from home (unless you want to be on site, which is ok too!), with rare travel required.

• Cold Calling
• B2C Selling
• Developing Sales and Marketing Scripts
• Targeting: Analyzing and Prioritizing best ROI
• Developing New Customers
• Managing CRM and Pipeline information
