Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager for our Chicago or Milwaukee office. This role requires in-person presence at our Rosemont, IL or Milwaukee, WI locations.

Responsibilities

1. Investigate customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
2. Develop sales strategies aligned with customer growth plans.
3. Act as liaison between Regional Sales Managers and HQ departments.
4. Assist with system design and support regional partners.
5. Identify and follow up with new prospects, leveraging the sales team.
6. Build strong partnerships with partners and resellers.
7. Communicate product knowledge through calls, trainings, and onsite visits.
8. Maintain relationships with customers and partners.
9. Evaluate channel partner applications.
10. Motivate sales managers and allocate resources to achieve targets.
11. Promote attendance at trade shows and promotional activities.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
