Responsibilities

• Manages and grows existing accounts by building relationships and identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
• Responds to customer inquiries by preparing quotes, providing product information, and coordinating samples and follow-up.
• Identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities by recommending additional or alternative products.
• Maintains consistent communication with customers to understand demand and support projects.
• Uses CRM and sales tools to track activities, manage pipeline, and maintain accurate customer information.
• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and customer expectations are met.
• Monitors account performance and sales trends and takes action to address changes or risks.
• Supports new product launches and marketing initiatives as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of products, suppliers, and industry trends to effectively support customers.
