Qualifications

• 2–3 years of telesales or member/account service experience.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales technology tools including Salesforce.

Responsabilités

• Respond to inbound calls and emails with a positive brand experience.
• Initiate outbound calls and follow up with prospects and accounts.
• Cross-sell and renew multiple product lines to brokers, direct accounts and individuals.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Service, and Product teams to optimize options for accounts.
