This role requires a strong customer-focused approach, combining technical expertise with relational skills to deliver exceptional sales support and effective problem-solving. Skills/Qualifications Required:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: One to three years of sales experience. Basic hydraulics knowledge. General steel knowledge
• Skills: Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Syteline system, etc.).

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for extended periods, often using a computer or other office equipment.
• Typing and using a mouse, requiring manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills.
• Viewing a computer screen for prolonged periods.
• Occasional standing, walking, bending, or reaching to retrieve files or office supplies.
• Lifting light objects, such as stacks of paperwork, files, or small office equipment, typically not exceeding 10-20 pounds.
