Job summary

Paul’s Termite & Pest Control, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and drive new sales. You’ll answer inbound calls, schedule appointments, enter data in the CRM, and support technicians with service requests.

You’ll need strong communication, a high school diploma, at least two years in inside sales, and proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office. This fast-paced role reports to the Office Manager.

Job SummaryThe Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by answering inbound calls, scheduling appointments, responding to customer inquiries, and handling service requests at Paul’s Termite & Pest Control, Inc.
