Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Staff in Sunnyvale, CA to manage full sales order processes, invoicing, and inventory coordination. This role requires professional Japanese and English proficiency to coordinate with customers, sales reps, and manufacturing facilities.

Initially onsite with up to 2 remote days per week after proficiency. Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience are required. A performance-based bonus is provided in addition to base salary.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders via EDI, web portals, and email.
• Prepare sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and related docs.
• Ensure accurate customer-specific shipping, labeling, and order requirements.
• Process spot orders and consignment usage reports.
• Manage inventory levels with sales reps and process inventory POs.
• Communicate product availability, order changes, and invoicing to customers.
• Support item/price registration, samples, and quotation prep.
• Coordinate with sales and management on products and policies.
• Analyze ordering and vendor-managed inventory trends against production plans.
• Inform factories of customer inventory status to support timely fulfillment.
• Maintain customer inventory records and physical counts.
• Create and maintain sales operations manuals and docs.

Compensation: $65,000-$70,000 annually (DOE) + bonus. Prior-year bonus was approximately 3-4 months of salary annually, depending on performance.

Hours: Full-time

• After demonstrating sufficient proficiency, up to 2 remote workdays per week may be considered.
