Job summary

4-Horn Investments LP is seeking an Inside Sales professional in Texas to support rental equipment needs and coordinate branch operations. The role involves assisting Sales Reps and Branch Management with inventory, deliveries, and pickups, while serving as a liaison between customers and other departments to ensure expectations are met.

This position offers growth toward sales and/or management, with emphasis on learning all aspects of the business and delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

• Assists Sales Reps and Branch Mgmt with coordinating all rental equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups.
• Acts as a liaison between customers and branch departments to meet and exceed expectations.
• Responsible for RentalMan system management of all on/off rents.
• Dispatches service calls for delivery, equipment pickup, parts and maintenance.
• Monitors accounts receivable reports.
• Creates and monitors rental contracts and delivery tickets.
• Continuously grows knowledge of company products, inventory, pricing and delivery capabilities.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by Management.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

The Inside Sales position gives support and coordination to the client in all rental equipment needs. This position ensures that all rental related functions of the branch are conducted in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner. This role provides a great opportunity to learn all aspects of the business to prepare for a future role in sales and/or management.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years experience in customer service or sales experience
• Must have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to multi-task and work on many different projects at one time
• Must be willing to learn all aspects of the business to prepare for a future role in sales and/or management.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• RentalMan Experience
• Experience working in an industrial industry
