Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services.
• Utilize inside sales techniques to generate new leads.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Submit appropriate paperwork to management.
• Understand and support company sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers and foster the development of long‑term business relationships.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, notify management of problems, and suggest corrective actions.
• Collect and report competitive information to management.
• Participate in continuing education training regarding company products and services.
• Maintain Salesforce call reports daily.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role with two or more years of experience.
• Familiarity with software or technical sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
