JM Recruiting in Billings, MT seeks an Inside Sales Associate to handle phone orders, assist walk-in customers, and coordinate materials from vendors. This full-time role features no nights or weekends, a storefront showroom, and the opportunity to contribute to daily order processing.

You will maintain showroom appearance, stock shelves, and ensure accurate shipping/receiving paperwork, with lifting up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be insurable by our insurance carrier.
• Able to lift 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Take phone orders and assist walk-in customers.
• Order materials from vendors.
• Complete shipping/receiving paperwork to match purchase orders.
• Maintain the showroom appearance and stock shelves.
• Lift up to 60 pounds; forklift experience is helpful but not required.

• Ability to operate a forklift is helpful, but not required
