Titan Machinery is seeking an Inside Rentals Sales professional to be the first contact for rental customers, matching needs with the right equipment and guiding the process from inquiry to return.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related work experience OR a high school diploma/GED
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work flexible hours
• Strong customer service skills
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to rental customers
• Provide expert advice on equipment rental options to meet customer needs
• Perform comprehensive needs assessments to identify project requirements, timelines and budget constraints
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize fleet utilization and drive new business opportunities
