Using your exceptional communication skills and product knowledge, you will expertly match customer needs with the right rental solutions, creating a seamless and satisfying experience from inquiry to return.

Responsibilities

• Sales Excellence: Respond to inbound inquiries, make outbound calls, and provide expert advice on equipment rental options to meet customer needs. Perform comprehensive needs assessments to accurately identify the customer's project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints
• Customer Engagement: Strengthen collaboration with cross-functional teams to maximize equipment fleet utilization and drive new business opportunities
• Professional Representation: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all communications, both in-person and on the phone, and ensure that your knowledge of equipment inventory enables you to offer innovative and effective solutions to customers
