Job summary

Pape' Material Handling is seeking an Inside Rental Coordinator to join our team in Fontana, CA. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling rental inquiries, orders, and follow-ups while collaborating with Rental, Sales, and Service teams to grow opportunities.

You will need excellent communication, strong organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Training on rental software will be provided, and Salesforce proficiency is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong phone presence and customer-service mindset.
• Strong organization and time-management with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; Salesforce experience preferred; training provided for rental software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, coordinating rental inquiries, service and sales.
• Coordinate rental requests from inquiry to order processing, including pricing, documentation, delivery details, and follow-up.
• Generate leads through database mining, referrals, and proactive outreach to target accounts.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal teams to identify opportunities and move opportunities toward close.
• Record customer activity, orders, quotes, and follow-up needs in Salesforce or internal systems.
• Build customer relationships, propose solutions, and manage multiple priorities with accuracy and responsiveness.
