Pape’ Material Handling, Inc. is seeking a motivated Rental Dispatcher / Coordinator to join our West Coast operations. This role focuses on coordinating equipment rentals, dispatching transport, and ensuring a smooth customer experience with attention to detail.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with internal teams to manage logistics, billing, and documentation while upholding outstanding service levels. Competitive pay and benefits accompany the position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Rental Dispatcher, you will be in a dynamic, multi-faceted role that serves as our customer primary point of contact and ensures our customers have a great experience when renting equipment from Pape’. Every day, you will be responsible for dispatching transport trucks, ordering transport permits, updating tracker system with transport status and uploading completed shippers, Daily transportation billing, backing up our rental coordinators and more! To thrive in this role, you must be a detail person, enjoy working at a fast pace, and have a winning attitude.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn our internal computer systems.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry
• Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Compensation: $24.94-36.16/hr (Depending on Experience)
