Job summary

Pape’ Rents – Fontana, CA is seeking an Inside Rental Coordinator to join our energetic team. You will combine rental coordination, customer service, and inside sales, serving as the primary contact for customers while partnering with Rental, Sales, Service, and Territory Management to deliver a great experience and grow rental and sales opportunities.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and proficiency with Salesforce, Word, Excel, and Outlook; training on rental

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication and a customer-service mindset.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce; training for rental software provided.
• Experience with rental equipment or material handling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound rental, service, and sales inquiries by phone and walk-in customers.
• Coordinate rental requests from inquiry to order processing, including availability and pricing.
• Generate rental and sales leads through database mining and proactive outreach.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and internal teams to move opportunities toward close.
• Record activities in Salesforce or internal systems for timely communication.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage multiple priorities.
• Complete clerical duties as assigned.
