Job summary

Komatsu is seeking an Inside Product Support Sales Representative (IPSSR) to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction within the Product Support Department. You will prepare quotes for service work and maintenance agreements, and communicate daily with customers and the support team to ensure high standards of service.

Responsibilities include generating written quotes, improving sales through customer programs, maintaining product opportunities, and analyzing monthly win/loss data

Qualifications

• Technical certification or college degree preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of simple machines.
• Must be computer proficient, including MS Office.
• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must have strong organizational and follow up skills.
• Must be able to demonstrate self-motivation.

• Initiate incremental improvement to Product Support sales through aggressive customer agreements and programs.

Job Overview

The Inside Product Support Sales Representative (IPSSR) is responsible for revenue growth and customer satisfaction of our Product Support Department. As a IPSSR you will work closely with the entire Product Support Department to create quotes and estimates for service work and maintenance agreements. The IPSSR will communicate daily with customers along with the Product Support Department. This position ensures that all related activities are conducted with the highest standard to optimize our customer's satisfaction.

Hiring Range

At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $$65,000 -$85,000.. The actual offer will consider a wide range of factors, including experience and location.
