Job summary

Marsh Agency in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Inside Producer to join the National Small Business Sales Center. You will sell new business insurance to referrals, teammates, and other sources in a centralized sales environment and become the trusted insurance contact for partners.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, a goal‑oriented mindset, a team spirit, and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent education and/or related experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor.
• Independent thinking with an ambitious goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong team player with a work ethic and willingness to help reach all goals.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.

• Property & Casualty Insurance Experience
