A day in the life

As our Inside Producer on the Sales Center team, you’ll sell new insurance to referrals, teammates, and other sources in a centralized sales environment. Build strong relationships with insurance, business, and individual partners to be the trusted insurance contact.

• High School graduate or equivalent education and/or related experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor
• Independent thinking with an ambitious goal‑oriented mindset
• Strong team player, work ethic and willingness to help reach all goals
• Demonstrate proficiency of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• Property & Casualty Insurance Experience
• Sales Experience
