Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is hiring a Producer for Business Insurance in Nebraska. You will prospect, develop leads into qualified opportunities, and recommend solutions to meet client expectations while managing executive-level client relationships.

The role emphasizes consultative selling and collaboration with internal teams to deliver value. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor degree, 5+ years of B2B sales, and the ability to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health licenses with CE requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• 5 years of external B2B sales with demonstrated sales successes preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain P&C and/or Life & Health license, and CE requirements.
• Highly motivated to generate and sell new business and ensure high rate of client retention.
• Communicate and work effectively with other departments to meet the clients’ expectations.
• Possess excellent organizational, time management and presentation skills.
• Balance the need to be assertive yet consultative with a positive and competitive attitude.

A day in the life

As our Producer on the Business Insurance team, you’ll prospect, develop leads into qualified opportunities, recommend solutions to meet the clients’ expectations, and manage the executive‑level client relationships while appropriately delegating daily activities to practice group team‑members as appropriate. These activities are accomplished by building client relationships and consultative sales skills while utilizing the MMA sales model and value‑added resources.

• Bachelor degree preferred
