Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role, with a strong preference for inside sales.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate product-related information and sales terms effectively.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically P21.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to drive sales and ensure satisfaction.

• Monitor delivery schedules and expedite shipments to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate customer and transaction data in the ERP system.
