Plumbers Supply Co. in Evansville seeks an Inside Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. You will handle orders, quotes, and returns, while working with the distribution team to keep shipments on track and customers satisfied.

You will provide product and technical information, suggest alternatives, and maintain accurate P21 records. A strong team player with ERP experience will thrive in this role and help achieve monthly quotas and margins.

Formación

• 2+ years in a sales role, inside sales preferred.
• Ability to communicate product information and sales terms clearly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and ERP systems (P21).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding service by managing customer interactions and transactions, including orders, quotes and returns.
• Generate new and repeat sales by providing detailed product and technical information, and recommending alternatives based on needs and availability.
• Monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment and expedite shipments as needed to meet expectations.
• Maintain accurate records in the P21 system with up-to-date customer and transaction data.
• Collaborate with the outside sales team and distribution team to meet monthly quotas and gross margin targets.
