Job summary

Tract Capital Management, LP seeks a Manager for Inside Plant Engineering to lead the in‑building physical infrastructure across our Denver data center campuses. You will own design through commissioning, directing a small team and coordinating with safety and IT stakeholders.

You will set standards, ensure code compliance (TIA/BICSI/NEC), manage vendors and budgets, and deliver orderly handovers to Operations. This is a leadership role focused on mentoring and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, Construction Management or related field.
• 10+ years in inside‑plant / structured‑cabling engineering or data center infrastructure.
• 3+ years directly managing a small technical team and coordinating contractors.
• Experience leading cross‑subspecialty teams in low‑voltage/structured cabling environments.
• Strong working knowledge of fiber/copper cabling, MDF/IDF rooms, racks, pathways, and related infra.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of three specialists, including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
• Coordinate workloads with campus build schedules and serve as escalation point.
• Ensure design standards, QA/QC, and code/standards compliance across projects.
• Oversee deliverables for ERRCS/BDA, indoor DAS, and safety systems; coordinate with AHJ authorities.
