Job summary

Tract Capital seeks a Manager, Inside Plant Engineering to lead the inside plant discipline for data center campuses. You will own pre-construction design and construction-phase delivery of all in-building infrastructure, directing a small team across structured cabling, RF/life-safety, and safety systems to meet standards and schedules.

You will mentor specialists, coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and ensure clean commissioning handover to operations while upholding

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in inside-plant/structured-cabling engineering or data center infrastructure.
• 3+ years directly leading a small technical team and managing contractors.

Responsibilities

• Directly lead and develop a three-person inside plant team across cabling, RF/life-safety, and safety-system sub-specialties.
• Drive schedules, budgets, and vendor performance; ensure code-compliant, constructible designs.
• Oversee end-to-end inside plant design from pre-construction through turnover and commissioning.
