Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Bossier City, LA is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service representative to handle order processing and support WPI customers. The role focuses on accurate order entry, quotations, and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of prior experience.

• Some mechanical background or knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take customer orders or quotes by phone, fax, e-mail, or walk-in.
• Analyze orders for accuracy and enter into WPI system.
• Quote overhauls and spares as required.
• Receive stock orders into system.
• Coordinate returns to vendors with shipping department.
• Attend training to increase product knowledge.
• File warranty claims with vendors.
• Available for callout after 6 months from hire.
• Maintain neat and clean work area.
• Assist in updating files and customer information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
