Job summary

United Wholesale Mortgage is seeking an inside Account Executive in Pontiac, MI. You will build and maintain broker relationships nationwide, train brokers on EASE and programs, and act as the go-to resource for guidance and solutions. You’ll deliver timely product updates while growing a strong loan pipeline to exceed sales targets.

The role emphasizes relationship building, prospecting and a strong work ethic, with a 10:00am–7:00pm schedule, in-office environment, and training support to start.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of mortgage sales experience or related relationship-based sales experience.
• Confident communication skills by phone and in person.
• Willing to learn UWM's Easiest Application System Ever (EASE).
• Proficiency with technology and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term broker relationships across all 50 states.
• Train brokers on UWM's EASE, programs, products, guidelines and processes.
• Serve as clients’ go-to resource for guidance and solutions.
• Deliver up-to-date information about products and industry updates.
• Champion brokers and build a strong loan pipeline to meet goals.
