Plymouth Rock Assurance Corporation is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Woodbridge, NJ. You will handle quotes and sales calls for auto and home insurance, using provided leads in a fast-paced call center. Training, licensing, and bootcamp prepare you for success.

Base salary ranges from $52,000 to $58,000 annually with a monthly performance bonus. The role emphasizes growth, licensing support, and a path to a rock-solid insurance career within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and follow through.
• Must obtain a NJ Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License within first 4 weeks of employment (training provided).
• Recent college grads encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Manage calls to quote and sell insurance products for Plymouth Rock and affiliates.
• Provide a consultative sales experience to prospects to help them decide.
• Maintain product knowledge for all lines of business.
• Document prospect information, communication, quote and sales data.
• Schedule: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; after training 10:45 AM – 7:00 PM with some Saturdays.
