Job summary

Crystal Glass & Mirror Corp, a Brooklyn-based glass manufacturer serving the NYC market since 2004, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive growth across B2C and B2B accounts.

You will leverage our in-house fabrication capabilities, manage quotes, conduct outbound outreach, and close deals while nurturing long‑term client relationships. Top performers can advance to higher‑earning roles with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience selling to both B2C and B2B clients, with a focus on glass products.
• Proven ability to generate new business through outbound outreach and follow-ups.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell custom glass and mirror products to B2C and B2B clients.
• Develop and grow B2B accounts (glass companies, furniture manufacturers, cabinet shops, contractors, interior designers).
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to generate new business.
• Lead client interactions in the Brooklyn showroom for glass partitions.
• Work our established database of past and current customers.
• Prepare quotes, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and close deals.
• Build deep product knowledge—glass types, thicknesses, edge treatments, tempering, lamination, and in-house fabrication capabilities.
• Track all client interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot).
