Job summary

Generator Supercenter is seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our call center environment. You will develop new sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and guide them through product features via calls and emails.

Responsibilities include maintaining a qualified prospect database, staying updated on products and competitors, and providing excellent customer service in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop new sales opportunities using outbound lists and follow-ups.
• Communicate with customers to understand needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Provide information via calls and emails and handle questions.
• Demonstrate functions and features of products and services.
• Maintain and improve the database of prospects and research leads.
• Keep up to date with product information and competitor offers.
• Handle high volume of calls with excellent service.
• Basic MS Excel and Word literacy.
• Hours: Mon–Fri 8-5 or 9-6; occasional Saturdays.
• Competitive pay: Hourly + Commission.
