Job summary

Dynamic Ecohome is seeking Inside Energy Sales Specialists to guide Texas homeowners from discovery to contract execution. You will run authoritative virtual consultations, manage a warm pipeline, and close high-ticket residential energy deals while our in-house install crews and support teams handle the rest.

You will thrive in a high-energy, office-based environment with pre-qualified appointments, rapid commissions, and extensive training.

Qualifications

• Proven direct sales, retail sales, tele-sales, or account management experience.
• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and virtual presence on camera.
• Comfort using CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, and digital proposal tools.
• Ability to work full-time on-site from our corporate sales office.

Responsibilities

• Command Virtual Consultations: run structured video presentations with homeowners across Texas.
• Control the Pipeline: maximize company-provided virtual appointments and referrals.
• Overcome objections with authority, transparency, and confidence.
• Accelerate Growth: daily pipeline reviews, script refinement, and closing workshops.
