Job summary

Dynamic EcoHome is seeking an autonomous Energy Sales Consultant to close warm leads provided by inside teams in Texas. You will conduct in-home energy assessments, present clear financial proposals, and drive revenue with confidence.

This role features a weekly base pay of $500 plus high-ticket commissions ($2,500–$7,500+ per closed installation) and average earnings of $120,000–$200,000 per year, with elite onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (required).
• Proven track record in a direct sales, commission-based, or high-interaction customer-facing environment (any tenure; track record and drive matter most).
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and active listening skills.
• Clean background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Walk into scheduled, warm appointments provided by our inside sales and setter teams, conduct thorough energy assessments, and deliver clear, authoritative financial proposals.
• Maximize company-provided opportunities while leveraging self-generated opportunities, neighborhood sweeps, and customer referrals to expand your pipeline.
• Overcome objections, eliminate hesitation, and guide homeowners through complex financial decisions with transparency and confidence.
• Treat your territory as your personal business unit. Manage your schedule, maintain accountability, and outpace regional benchmarks.
