Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Inside & Digital Sales Representative for the U.S. Petcare division. You will drive sales in a defined geography, utilizing solution selling, and leverage Zoetis resources and veterinary relationships to meet quota and launch new offerings.

The role emphasizes building technical knowledge, becoming a trusted advisor, and maintaining compliant, cross-functional collaboration with teams. Limited travel is expected for regional meetings and trainings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; BS/BA preferred.
• Animal health/veterinary medicine knowledge preferred.
• Analytical, insight-driven decision-making and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in assigned geography using solution selling and territory management.
• Meet/exceed sales objectives (quota) and launch new products/services.
• Balance portfolio and improve sales metrics; become a trusted advisor.
• Build relationships with hospitals and personnel; adhere to Zoetis guidelines.
• Meet KPI targets for customer engagement and Zoetis tools usage.
• Develop and execute an annual Territory Business Plan; use SWOT insights.
• Use CRM to identify growth opportunities and conduct quarterly reviews.
