Responsibilities

• Execute new and renewal business by quoting, placing, binding, and confirming policies.
• Identify coverage solutions through accessible markets for less complex risks.
• Negotiate terms with carriers within underwriting and pricing parameters.
• Serve as main contact for agents on assigned accounts.
• Ensure submissions and policy information accuracy.
• Monitor accounts to comply with policies and underwriting standards.
• Support production goals by driving deal flow and team performance.
