Qualifications

• CA driver’s license with clean record.
• 2+ years in a sales role or related field.
• Understand sales process and CRM data entry.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Build lasting relationships by understanding needs and exceeding expectations.
• Present and demonstrate Mazda vehicles, features, and technology.
• Stay informed about inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with sales management to achieve monthly goals.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Report on KPIs monthly and quarterly to meet sales targets.
• Assess and send qualified leads to inbound reps for quick turnaround.
• Communicate with prospects via email/phone to funnel leads into the pipeline.
• Update customer database with current client information for the team.
• Expand clientele by identifying new opportunities within geographies.
