Job summary

Mudlick Mail is expanding its inside sales team in Acworth, GA to grow client relationships and drive direct marketing services. The Direct Marketing Sales Rep will nurture prospects, up-sell and cross-sell to existing customers, and interact with small business owners and marketing executives via calls, email and direct mail.

Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, educating prospects about Mudlick Mail services, reactivating inactive accounts, and ensuring accurate CRM data

Qualifications

• Personal motivation and self-starting mentality.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Strong working knowledge of computers, databases, and willingness to learn new concepts.
• Proficiency with MS Office products, especially Excel.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a group of existing clients, build relationships, and ensure marketing needs are met.
• Serve in a consultative capacity to discuss how Mudlick Mail can help grow the client’s business.
• Handle inbound calls from potential clients, educate on Mudlick Mail services, and establish relationships.
• Call inactive clients to reactivate relationships.
• Ensure correct entry of information into the CRM and collaborate with in-house designers to meet client specs.
