Job summary

Nelson-Jameson, Inc. is seeking an inside Key Account Specialist in Marshfield, WI. This office-based role supports field-based Key Account Managers with quotes, orders, inventory coordination, and issue resolution across U.S.

time zones. You will analyze purchasing trends, build dashboards in Excel, and coordinate with Product, Sales, Supply Chain, and Accounting to deliver proactive customer service and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in B2B customer service or inside sales.
• Experience using ERP/CRM for order management and reporting.
• Ability to investigate problems, identify root causes, and resolve issues.
• Strong communication, organization, and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for assigned strategic accounts, including quotes, orders, and returns.
• Coordinate inventory and backorders using ERP/CRM.
• Analyze customer data and purchasing trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate across Product, Sales, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Logistics to solve issues.
