Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Effective written and verbal communication across departments.
• Willingness to learn new systems and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and process supplier pricing updates in P21, identifying missing, discontinued, or exception items.
• Enter, maintain, and audit pricing and customer contracts.
• Analyze pricing records and contracts for expirations and updates; prepare pricing reports.
• Analyze gross margin reporting and communicate findings to Product teams.
• Develop and maintain Excel/Google Sheets tools for pricing data.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Inventory, Finance, and IT on pricing requests.
