Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of customer accounts to reduce past-due balances and improve cash flow.
• Process and apply customer remittances timely and accurately.
• Assess creditworthiness, monitor limits, and adjust payment terms to mitigate risk.
• Review and clear credit holds to balance risk with service quality.
• Respond to billing inquiries and resolve payment discrepancies.
