BuzzTechMedia is seeking an Inside Account Manager to join our growing sales team in Austin. You will engage with businesses, introduce BuzzTechMedia’s solutions, and move prospects through the pipeline from initial contact to onboarded client.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Highly organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced inside sales pipeline and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients via outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, and networking.
• Present services clearly and confidently to prospective customers.
• Assess client needs and recommend tailored service solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and deals in CRM tools.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and an exceptional client experience.
