SiLo, based in downtown Nashville, is building a new inside sales team focused on outbound prospecting and forming partnerships with shippers and carriers. The role involves cold calls and email outreach, with a strong emphasis on understanding customer needs and guiding them through the sales cycle.

The position offers a clear progression: Year 1 with base compensation plus uncapped commissions, growing significantly in subsequent years as you expand existing and new business.

Qualifikationen

• 1–5 years of experience in sales or customer service.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through sales or account management.
• Conversational Spanish skills a plus.

Aufgaben

• Qualify leads provided by management.
• Identify opportunities through cold call discovery.
• Manage pipeline through CRM.
• Collaborate with Existing Sales team to execute on operations for new business.
• Educate and consult with the Existing Sales team on market factors impacting pricing.
• Maintain a proactive, persistent sales mindset to overcome rejection.
• Report to the Nashville office, Monday–Friday, 7 am–5 pm.
