Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) in Malvern, PA is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee inpatient psychiatric care for youths, ensuring safety and adherence to a clinical treatment plan. You will mentor staff, coordinate residential services and reinforce self-help strategies with adolescents in a therapeutic setting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with human services coursework or related credentials, plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 credits in a human services discipline and two years direct care experience, OR
• 60 college credits with 12 credits in a human services discipline and three years direct care experience.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the individuals you are working with are safe and in a therapeutic treatment environment.
• Plan and implement residential program services for assigned clients.
• Assist in providing supervision of clients in program activities and leisure time.
• Provide leadership, guidance and support to staff.
