Job summary

Devereux Pennsylvania Children’s Services (DPACS) seeks a Mental Health Technician to support adolescents in an inpatient psychiatric hospital. You will help establish a therapeutic rapport, assist with self-help and coping skills, and implement treatment plan goals under clinical supervision.

Located in Malvern, PA, this role offers opportunities for PBIS, ABA, TIC, Safe and Positive Approaches, DBT and IEP training, plus career growth through ASCEND and other benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with two years direct care experience or a Bachelor’s with 12+ credit hours in human services.
• Ability to establish therapeutic rapport with adolescents.
• Physical ability for walking, standing, and lifting when needed.
