Mercy Health's St. Joseph Warren Hospital in Warren, OH is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for Inpatient Wound Care. The role delivers specialized nursing care, conducts wound assessments, and develops care plans to improve outcomes within a collaborative care team.

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree (Assoc. or Bachelors), current RN license, and BLS. WOCN certification or WWC within 3 years is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited associates or bachelor's degree in nursing.
• Current RN license and BLS certification is required.
• WOCN or WWC certification preferred within 3 years of hire.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Collect vital signs, administer IV medications, and assess patient condition
• Assess, stage, photograph and measure wounds
• Evaluate and revise the plan of care to improve outcomes
• Administer medications safely per policy
