ClearSky Health in Texas is seeking a Therapy Technician to support therapy staff and patients on an inpatient unit. You will work under the supervision of a licensed therapist to provide basic care and assist with daily activities, documentation, and safety measures.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to infection prevention standards, and timely communication to ensure patient comfort and healing within a hospital setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of inpatient hospital experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Prioritizes and delivers basic patient care, including activities of daily living and safe patient handling.
• Documents vital signs and records intake/outtake, weights, and notes changes in condition.
• Consults with Therapist and interdisciplinary team for patient care delivery.
• Responds to patient and family calls and requests.
• Maintains a safe, clean gym and therapy environment.
• Assists with admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
