Valle Vista Health System in Greenwood, IN, seeks an Inpatient Therapist to provide professional mental health care and case management for assigned patients. You will collaborate with psychiatrists and treatment teams to plan discharge and coordinate therapy services.

You will conduct individual and group therapy, perform psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and facilitate Child and Family team meetings, supporting adolescents and adults across units.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work or related clinical field required.
• State license in social work or clinical mental health field; LCSW preferred.
• Experience in a psychiatric health care facility with individual and group therapy.

Position Summary:

The Inpatient Therapist provides professional mental health care and case management of assigned patients. Therapist works closely with the psychiatrist and treatment team to ensure appropriate treatment and discharge planning for the patient. Therapists will complete assessments, facilitate treatment planning, provide group therapists, and meet with patients individually.

Job Requirements:

Education:Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field

License:State licensed in social work or clinical related mental health field; LCSW, preferred

Experience: Previous experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family, individual and group therapy, case management, and crisis intervention, preferred. Trauma-Focused CBT and DBT experience, preferred.

Additional Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age.

Training: A mandatory FT2-week orientation class is required.
