Job summary

Elevare Behavioral Health in Centennial, CO, seeks a Temporary Group Facilitator to lead scheduled therapeutic groups for in inpatient substance use and mental health treatment. The role involves 10–11 hours weekly, Monday through Friday mornings, with preparation and clinical documentation included.

As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will deliver a four-week rotating curriculum, maintain trauma-informed care, and ensure compliant documentation within the EMR.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
• Active Colorado professional license or candidate credential appropriate to assigned clinical duties.
• Clinicians holding candidate credentials must practice under designated clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Follow facility policies, procedures, and employee handbook expectations.
• Provide dependable coverage throughout the temporary assignment.
• Prepare group materials before facilitation.
• Complete preparation and documentation during paid work time; finalize all group notes before the end of each shift.
• Check in with on-site clinical staff at the start of each shift for relevant client updates.
