Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Experience facilitating groups in behavioral health, mental health, or SUD settings.
• Strong group dynamics and therapeutic communication.
• CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain on hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead psychoeducational, process, and skills-based groups for RTC, PHP, and IOP.
• Use evidence-based approaches (CBT, DBT, relapse prevention) in groups.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive group environment and encourage participation.
• Adapt content for clients across levels of care and track progress.
• Monitor engagement and communicate clinical updates to the team.
• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and case managers to support goals.
• Complete timely documentation including group notes and records.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and professional boundaries.
• Ensure compliance with policies and licensing requirements.
