Job summary

YOSO Recruiting in New York is seeking a qualified mental health professional to facilitate psychoeducational and process groups in an outpatient setting. You will foster a safe, engaging environment and collaborate with the clinical team to support individualized treatment goals.

The role requires a Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field, plus experience leading mental health groups.

• Experience facilitating mental health treatment groups is required.
• Strong communication, group leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.

Shifts Available

Monday: 9:00am, 12:30pm - 3:30pm

Tuesday: 10:00am - 3:30pm

Friday: 9:00am, 12:30pm - 2:00pm

Responsibilities:

• Complete timely and accurate group documentation.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards while promoting client engagement.

• Experience facilitating mental health treatment groups required.
• Strong communication, group leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in an outpatient behavioral health setting is preferred.
