Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under limited supervision according to a multi-disciplinary treatment program.
• Orient new care team members on unit procedures and practices.
• Conduce group activities and document programming.
• Obtain and document vital signs and meal percentages; record applicable patient care in the EMR.
• Attend 75% of unit staff meetings and support unit improvement initiatives.
