Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required for Therapeutic Assistant I.
• Therapeutic Assistant II requires Bachelor's degree or HS with 1 year in behavioral health.
• BLS certification must be current within 2 weeks of hire and renewed per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the direction of a registered nurse per treatment plan.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes and daily assignment sheets.
• Maintain safety of the therapeutic environment and support daily living activities.
• Support the therapeutic program and collaborate with multi-disciplinary team.
